This policy covers mehomestaging.com, run by Modern Elegance Home Staging ("we").

What we collect

• Inquiries. When you send the contact form we receive the name, email, phone number, company, city, timeline and message you type.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text our business number, we keep the number you contacted us from and what was said or written, so we can reply.
• Invoices. If you are a client, we keep your name, email address and the details of the invoices we send you, and whether they have been paid. Payments are made through the method you choose, such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, check or cash; we never see or store bank or card details.

How we use it

Only to answer you, schedule and carry out staging work, and send invoices and payment confirmations. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or send marketing email.

Google account access

The studio's private admin area can connect the owner's own Google account so invoices are sent from her email address. That connection asks only for permission to send email (the gmail.send scope) and to know which address was connected. It cannot read, search or delete any email. It is used solely to send invoices and payment confirmations that the owner chooses to send.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not shared with anyone, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. The connection can be removed at any time from the admin area or from the Google account's security settings.

Where it is kept

Information is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and email is delivered through Cloudflare or Google. Each acts only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you through our contact page. We keep invoice records as long as needed for our own bookkeeping.
